Today marks 9 months since I lost my big brother. My life has been forever altered. This is by far, the most traumatic loss I've ever experienced. I look out my front door & hes not on his porch. I check his Facebook page, but he hasnt posted. I want to dial his cell, but I cant get through. I want to send him a text, but I cant get a reply. Some days it seems like No one understands what Im even going thru. See we were more than just siblings. He was one of my closest friends. Someone I could turn to to talk about ANYTHING! I know he wouldnt have wanted me sitting around moping but with each passing day, it gets harder to cope. I miss him being around to talk to whenever I needed it. I miss him cracking jokes & making me laugh. I miss his advice & his encouragement. I miss hearing him say I made him proud. I miss him every day, in every way. Please take a moment out of your day to let your loved ones know just how much you care. Tomorrow may be too late….
For all my bikers, please be safe on those roads. Make it back home to your family every night!

In recent times the whole "Friends with Benefits" movement has become widely accepted. Like the sanctity of a relationship is no longer needed. Or wanted for that matter. I've heard that "Titles" aren't even acknowledged or given any longer. Has the idea of monogamy become non-existent…ancient even?? I've also heard that the term boyfriend/girlfriend mean nothing if progressing to fiancé-spouse….Do people settle for less than they want because they fear the unknown of lonely??? With the high rates of HIV/AIDS and STDs it would seem that being in a relationship would be beneficial. But even having a title or a vow does not guarantee a person being faithful. Seems like a lose/lose situation really. Do us single girls have any hope? Seems as though we don't….

Sooooooooo…Its been awhile since my last post….to be honest inspiration has been lacking in recent months….no thoughts to share..no voice to be heard..silence had become my comfort, a welcomed friend even. But entering into this new year (well the fourth month of this new year) I’ve discovered the light again..basking in the memories of places I’d been, people I met, and things I’d seen. A good feeling! While Im still dealing with the tremendous loss of my brother, I know that the last thing he would want is my light not to be seen and my voice not to be heard.

As women..it is a MUST that we look and smell good! The right scent can make you feel brand new. But most ppl dont kno that more goes into picking the right smell than just a brand. So here’s some tips on find the right one for you!
1)Remember that smells work with your body’s chemistry..Know ur personal scent and what works well with it..Not all ppl can pull off a flowery scent and the same goes with an earthly scent
2)Start of with light scents..You dont wanna be that “OMG..who is that wearing that all that perfume” person in the room…Musty perfumes are thee absolute worst!
3)You get what you pay for!! Some smells can be quite pricey..however they are worth it! Treat yourself and spend the extra money! Cheap smells are easy to detect! Im jus sayin!
4)Once you do find your signature scent remember that LESS IS ALWAYS BETTER! Simple sprays to your wrists..behind ur ears..in between the “girls” and thighs is all u need!!

Im in Twitter Jail..lol…so I decided to hop on here and jus get some things off my chest.
Im sure at some point in everyone’s life they experience some form of heart break…whether it be the boy in our 1st grade class doesnt like us back..or ur husband/wife decides to leave u for another person. U would think that the party no longer interested in the relationship would want no contact/communication/anything with the other person. However Im starting to think that theory needs to be revised!
It seems as tho THEY are the ones concerned with whats goin on with the other person..I mean in a break-up..there was something lacking or something they needed that they werent gettin…So WHY do u wanna kno what IM doin..who IM with..Where I am?? The calls/texts/emails are initiated by them! Could it be they are now regretting their decision? Or is it truly coming from some place genuine? I guess it really depends on the dynamic of the relationship u had…..
Im that type that likes to leave “Well-enough” alone. Obviously there’s a reason that its over and it would seem pointless to continually re-live a bad experience! When I say ITS OVER…I mean it! Lol
